Art.1 \u2013 Finalita\u0300<\/strong>
\nLa Fondazione Francesco Fabbri Onlus indice il\u00a0Premio Francesco Fabbri per le Arti Contemporanee<\/em>\u00a0al fine di promuovere l\u2019arte emergente\u00a0e le ricerche fotografiche contemporanee internazionali.<\/p>\n

Art. 2 \u2013 Sezioni e criteri di partecipazione<\/strong>
\nIl concorso \u00e8 aperto a\u00a0tutti gli\u00a0artisti contemporanei di ogni nazionalit\u00e0, senza limiti tematici, secondo i\u00a0 criteri previsti dalle singole sezioni.
\n\u00c8\u00a0possibile iscriversi ad entrambe le sezioni e\/o candidare pi\u00f9 lavori nella medesima sezione.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

SEZIONE ARTE EMERGENTE<\/strong><\/p>\n

La sezione \u00e8 rivolta agli autori contemporanei che non abbiano superato i 35 anni di et\u00e0 alla data della chiusura del bando, fissata il 4 settembre 2020. Essi potranno partecipare con ogni espressione visiva senza limiti di linguaggio spaziando tra pittura, disegno, grafica, scultura, installazione, video-arte, performance, sound-art e fotografia.
\nLe opere, se bidimensionali, non potranno superare le dimensioni di cm 150\u00d7150; se tridimensionali, un ingombro pari a cm 150 x 150 x 150.
\n\u00c8 possibile iscrivere una sola opera per candidatura, intesa anche come installazione composta da pi\u00f9 immagini, che per\u00f2 rientri complessivamente nelle misure di 150 x 150 (ad esempio un dittico o trittico).
\nLe opere saranno valutate dalla giuria secondo criteri qualitativi e di aderenza alla contemporaneit\u00e0.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

SEZIONE FOTOGRAFIA CONTEMPORANEA<\/strong><\/p>\n

La sezione \u00e8 rivolta agli autori di ogni nazionalit\u00e0 che operano con il mezzo fotografico, senza limiti di et\u00e0. La Fondazione Francesco Fabbri rafforza cos\u00ec il suo intervento nel campo della fotografia contemporanea, accanto all\u2019attivit\u00e0 espositiva e residenziale.
\nLe opere non potranno superare le dimensioni di cm 150\u00d7150.
\n\u00c8 possibile iscrivere una sola opera per candidatura, intesa anche come installazione composta da pi\u00f9 immagini, che per\u00f2 rientri complessivamente nelle misure di 150 x 150 (ad esempio un dittico o trittico).
\nLe opere saranno valutate dalla giuria secondo criteri qualitativi e di aderenza alla contemporaneit\u00e0.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 3 \u2013 Premi<\/strong><\/p>\n

I vincitori riceveranno:
\nEuro 5.000,00 (cinquemila\/00) al vincitore sezione ARTE EMERGENTE.
\nEuro 5.000,00 (cinquemila\/00) al vincitore sezione FOTOGRAFIA CONTEMPORANEA.
\nLa giuria si riserva di attribuire delle menzioni speciali qualora individui opere particolarmente significative sul piano qualitativo e della ricerca.
\nSui premi in denaro, come da legge vigente, sar\u00e0 operata una ritenuta alla fonte del 25% a titolo d\u2019imposta.
\nLe due opere vincitrici rimarranno di propriet\u00e0 della Fondazione Francesco Fabbri, che le ospiter\u00e0 a Casa Fabbri, il centro residenziale proprio della Fondazione.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 4 \u2013 Tempistiche e modalit\u00e0 di partecipazione<\/strong>
\nGli autori potranno iscriversi dal 1 giugno al 4 settembre 2020, attraverso la seguente modalit\u00e0:<\/p>\n

\nDa questa pagina si potr\u00e0 accedere al modulo di iscrizione online, che andr\u00e0 compilato tenendo in considerazione le seguenti indicazioni:
\n–\u00a0 \u00a0 per ogni opera che si desidera candidare, sar\u00e0 necessario compilare un nuovo modulo di iscrizione;
\n–\u00a0 \u00a0 per ogni opera candidata, potr\u00e0 essere caricata un\u2019unica immagine o trasmesso un unico video;
\n–\u00a0 \u00a0 nel caso di immagine da caricare (obbligatoria per chi candida opere di pittura, disegno, grafica, scultura, installazione, fotografia, fotografia contemporanea) il file da caricare dovr\u00e0 avere le seguenti caratteristiche: formato del\u00a0file JPEG, PNG o TIF, risoluzione di circa 4 Mpx, dimensione del file compresa tra 1 e 5 MB;
\n–\u00a0 \u00a0 nel caso di video da trasmettere (obbligatorio per chi candida opere di video arte e performance), il file non potr\u00e0 essere caricato online ma dovr\u00e0 essere reso disponibile, sotto responsabilit\u00e0 del candidato, attraverso l\u2019inserimento nel form di un link da cui esso sia scaricabile. Il file video dovr\u00e0 avere le seguenti caratteristiche: formato file\u00a0 MP4,\u00a0MOV\u00a0o AVI, durata max 10 minuti;
\n–\u00a0 \u00a0 la candidatura sar\u00e0 accettata solo se saranno completati tutti i campi obbligatori del modulo di iscrizione, allegato almeno un file immagine\/video, inserita la data di pagamento della quota di iscrizione e il metodo utilizzato.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Per meglio esplicare la poetica dell\u2019artista, sar\u00e0 anche necessario allegare alla documentazione online: un curriculum, il concept esplicativo dell\u2019opera e l\u2019immagine di un lavoro (fuori concorso) esplicativo della ricerca dell\u2019autore.<\/p>\n

Le due giurie selezioneranno 60 lavori finalisti (30 per la sezione ARTE EMERGENTE e 30 per la sezione FOTOGRAFIA CONTEMPORANEA) che saranno esposti in mostra a Villa Brandolini di Pieve di Soligo (TV) dal 21 novembre al 20 dicembre 2020.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Tra le opere finaliste verranno scelti i due lavori vincitori assoluti, uno per sezione.
\nLe decisioni della giuria, condotte secondo una valutazione qualitativa, sono inappellabili e insindacabili.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 7 \u2013 Tempistiche<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00c8 possibile iscriversi al Premio dal 1 giugno al 4 settembre 2020.
\nEntro il 2 novembre 2020 verranno comunicati, via e-mail e sul sito internet di Fondazione Francesco Fabbri, i nomi dei finalisti.
\nGli artisti finalisti dovranno far pervenire, a proprie spese, le opere selezionate a Villa Brandolini di Pieve di Soligo (Tv) il 16 e 17 novembre 2020. L\u2019allestimento della mostra delle opere finaliste avverr\u00e0 nei giorni 19 e 20 novembre 2020. Tali date potranno subire delle lievi variazioni che saranno comunicate tempestivamente agli artisti dalla segreteria organizzativa. Gli autori dovranno altres\u00ec provvedere per proprio conto e a proprie spese al ritiro delle opere al termine della mostra.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 8 \u2013 Mostra finalisti e premiazione vincitori<\/strong><\/p>\n

I finalisti esporranno i propri lavori a Villa Brandolini a Pieve di Soligo (Tv) dal 21 novembre al 20 dicembre 2020.
\nIl 21 novembre, nel corso del vernissage della mostra, saranno annunciati i vincitori del Premio, alla presenza del pubblico e della stampa.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 9 \u2013 Responsabilita\u0300<\/strong>
\nLa Fondazione Francesco Fabbri garantisce la massima perizia nelle fasi organizzative del Premio, ma declina ogni responsabilit\u00e0 per eventuali furti, incendi o danni di qualsiasi natura alle opere che possano verificarsi durante la manifestazione. L\u2019artista, se vorr\u00e0, potr\u00e0 sottoscrivere un\u2019assicurazione in forma privata.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 10 \u2013 Privacy<\/strong><\/p>\n

I partecipanti al Premio Francesco Fabbri autorizzano la Fondazione Francesco Fabbri a trattare i dati personali ai sensi della legge 675\/96 (cosiddetta legge sulla Privacy), successive modifiche D.lgs.196\/2003 (codice Privacy) e GDPR sulla Privacy\u00a0 (reg.UE n. 679\/2016) con modifiche d.lgs. 101\/18.
\nI partecipanti concedono gratuitamente alla Fondazione Francesco Fabbri i diritti di riproduzione delle opere e dei testi rilasciati al Premio per il sito internet della manifestazione e le varie forme di promozione.<\/p>\n

Art. 11 \u2013 Rispetto del bando<\/strong>
\nL\u2019iscrizione al premio implica l\u2019accettazione automatica di tutti gli articoli del presente bando.<\/p>\n

Premio Francesco Fabbri per le arti contemporanee<\/strong>
\n Bando<\/strong><\/p>\n

Art.1 \u2013 Purpose<\/strong>
\nThe Francesco Fabbri Onlus Foundation holds the Francesco Fabbri Prize for the Contemporary Arts with a view to promote international contemporary photographic research and the emerging arts, in general.<\/p>\n

Art. 2 \u2013 Sections and eligibility<\/strong><\/p>\n

The award competition is open to all contemporary artists no matter the nationality. It imposes no limitations in terms of themes, as per the criteria provided in the individual sections.
\nArtists can register with both sections and\/or submit multiple artworks within the same section.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\u201cEMERGING ART\u201d SECTION<\/strong><\/p>\n

This section includes works by contemporary artists under 35 years of age at the closing date of the Call, this year being 2nd September 2020. All participants will be invited to submit any form of visual artwork\u2014with no limitations in terms of the language used\u2014such as painting, drawing, graphic art, sculpture, art installations, video-art, performance art, sound-art and photography.
\nThe artworks will not exceed 150\u00d7150 cm in size, if two-dimensional, and a footprint of no more than 150x150x150 cm, if three-dimensional.
\nThe artworks submitted will be evaluated by the jury according to criteria of quality and contemporaneity.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\u201cCONTEMPORARY PHOTOGRAPHY\u201d SECTION<\/strong><\/p>\n

This section calls for authors of all nationalities working with any photographic medium, with no limits of age. The artworks submitted will not exceed 150\u00d7150 cm in size.
\nArtists will be able to submit only one entry per submission, also as one installation including multiple images falling within the allowed size of 150×150 cm (e.g. diptychs or triptychs).
\nThe artworks submitted will be evaluated by the jury according to criteria of quality and contemporaneity.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 3 \u2013 Prizes<\/strong><\/p>\n

The winners will be awarded the following prizes:
\n\u20ac5,000.00 (five thousand\/00) to the winner of the \u201cEMERGING ART\u201d section.
\n\u20ac5,000.00 (five thousand\/00) to the winner of the \u201cCONTEMPORARY PHOTOGRAPHY\u201d section.
\nThe jury reserves the right to also assign special mentions wherever particularly significant artworks in terms of quality and research were identified.
\nThe prize amounts will be subject to a 25% withholding tax as per laws currently in force.
\nThe two winning artworks will remain in the property of the Francesco Fabbri Foundation and will be installed at Casa Fabbri, the Foundation\u2019s headquarters.<\/p>\n

\n– Please complete a new registration form for each artwork you wish to submit.
\n– Please upload a single image or transmit a single video for each artwork you wish to submit.
\n– For pictures (mandatory for paintings, drawings, graphic artworks, sculptures, art installations, photography and contemporary photography), please upload files with the following characteristics: JPEG, PNG or TIF file format, 4 Mpx resolution, file size between 1 and 5 MB.
\n– For videos (mandatory for video and performance artworks), the file cannot be uploaded and will need to be transmitted by entering a link in the form for subsequent downloading. Transmission will be under the sole responsibility of the artist. The file submitted should have the following characteristics: MP4, MOV or AVI file format, 10 minutes max.
\n– The application will be accepted provided that all the mandatory fields in the registration form have been completed; if at least one picture or video file is attached, and if the payment date and method of the registration fee are indicated<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

To better explain the artist\u2019s intent, the following can be attached to the online documents: the artist\u2019s resume, explanatory notes and a picture of the artwork (out-of-competition), explaining the artist\u2019s line of research.<\/p>\n

The two jury panels will shortlist 60 artworks, and namely 30 for the \u201cEmerging Art\u201d section and 30 for the \u201cContemporary Photography\u201d section. All artworks will be featured in an exhibition that will take place at Villa Brandolini of Pieve di Soligo, Treviso, from 21st November till 20th December 2020.
\nThe two final winners, one per section, will be selected from the shortlisted artworks.
\nThe deliberations of the jury will be made based on criteria of quality and contemporaneity, and will be final and irrevocable.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 7 \u2013 Deadlines<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Prize competition will be open for registration from 1st June until 4th September 2020.
\nThe names of the shortlisted artists will be announced by e-mail and posted on the website of the Francesco Fabbri Foundation before 2nd November 2020.
\nShortlisted artists will have to deliver the physical selected artworks (at their own charge) to Villa Brandolini of Pieve di Soligo, Treviso, in the days of the 16 and 17 November 2020. The exhibition of the shortlisted artworks will be set up between 19th and 20th November 2020. These dates may slightly vary in the event of unexpected circumstances, which will be promptly notified to the artists by the Prize office. The artists will also be responsible for the collection of the artworks after the exhibition, with their own means and at their own charge.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 8 \u2013 Shortlisted artworks show and prize awarding ceremony<\/strong><\/p>\n

The artworks by the shortlisted artists will be exhibited at Villa Brandolini of Pieve di Soligo, Treviso, from 21st November until 20th December 2020.
\nDuring the private view of the exhibition, the Prize winners will be announced, in the presence of the public and the press.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 9 \u2013 Liability<\/strong>
\nThe Francesco Fabbri Foundation guarantees a state-of-the-art level of expertise in the organisation of the Prize, however it declines all liability in the event of theft, fire or damage of any kind whatsoever to the artworks that may occur during the time of the event. The artists who intend to fully protect their artwork are invited to take out a separate private insurance policy.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 10 \u2013 Privacy<\/strong><\/p>\n

The participants in the Francesco Fabbri Prize competition authorise the Francesco Fabbri Foundation to process their personal data pursuant to law 675\/96 (Privacy Law), subsequent amendments to Legislative Decree 196\/2003 (Privacy Code) and GDPR on Privacy (reg. EU No. 679\/2016) including amendments to Legislative Decree 101\/18.
\nThey also grant the Francesco Fabbri Foundation free rights to reproduce the works and texts issued for the Prize for publication in the Foundation\u2019s website, and various forms of promotion initiatives in the context of the event.<\/p>\n

Art. 11 \u2013 Compliance with the Call<\/strong>
\nRegistration to the Prize implies the tacit acceptance of all the articles set forth in this Call.<\/p>\n
