\nProrogate al 17 settembre le iscrizioni del Premio Francesco Fabbri per le Arti Contemporanee
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Dato il grande successo di adesioni sono prorogate al 17 settembre 2020<\/strong> le iscrizioni della nona edizione del Premio Francesco Fabbri per le Arti Contemporanee. La manifestazione \u00e8 oramai un punto di riferimento per quegli operatori e pubblico che rivolgono la loro attenzione alle istanze di ricerca nell’arte contemporanea. E\u2019 proprio riflettendo circa l\u2019attuale condizione in cui versa il sistema culturale e nello specifico il settore dell\u2019arte a causa della pandemia di COVID – 19, che Fondazione Fabbri ha deciso di rendere totalmente gratuita l’iscrizione<\/strong> all’edizione 2020.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Il Premio Fabbri si articola come di consueto in due sezioni: Arte emergente<\/strong> e Fotografia contemporanea<\/strong>. La prima \u00e8 dedicata agli autori under 35 che, secondo una logica intermediale, potranno partecipare con ogni forma creativa visiva: dalla pittura all\u2019installazione, dalla fotografia alla video-arte, dalla performance e sound-art fino al disegno e alla grafica.
\nLa seconda sezione invece, priva di limiti anagrafici, \u00e8 dedicata alla Fotografia contemporanea e alle diverse declinazioni dello specifico medium, in continuit\u00e0 con l’attivit\u00e0 di Fondazione Francesco Fabbri che promuove il Festival F4 \/ un’idea di Fotografia<\/em> e il Master in Photography dell’Universit\u00e0 IUAV.
\nA entrambe le sezioni potranno partecipare autori da ogni paese del mondo.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Una manifestazione come il Premio Francesco Fabbri ambisce a creare – anche in un momento storico tanto complesso – un punto di vista privilegiato sulle ricerche sintomatiche del presente: giunto alla nona edizione vuole essere un radar capace di segnalare i processi in atto compiendo opera di scouting, nella consapevolezza di muoversi in un terreno ibrido e ricco di interconnessioni tra linguaggi e saperi.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Il bando \u00e8 prorogato al 17 settembre 2020<\/strong> e gli artisti potranno iscriversi via web attraverso la compilazione di un modulo online.
\nI due vincitori<\/strong> riceveranno un premio acquisto di 5.000 euro<\/strong> ciascuno, le opere entreranno nella collezione permanente di Fondazione Francesco Fabbri e saranno custodite nella residenza di Casa Fabbri.<\/p>\n

Il premio, curato da Carlo Sala<\/strong>, gode di una prestigiosa giuria composta da critici e curatori, quali Daniele De Luigi, Lorenzo Balbi, Lucrezia Calabr\u00f2 Visconti, Angel Moya Garcia, Francesca Lazzarini, Stefano Raimondi, Giangavino Pazzola e Mauro Zanchi<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Le opere finaliste saranno esposte nelle suggestive stanze di Villa Brandolini a Pieve di Soligo (Tv) dal 21 novembre al 20 dicembre 2020, durante il vernissage saranno proclamati i vincitori alla presenza degli operatori, della stampa e del pubblico.<\/p>\n

Il Premio \u00e8 promosso da Fondazione Francesco Fabbri e reso possibile grazie al supporto della famiglia Fabbri e alla collaborazione del Comune di Pieve di Soligo. La rassegna gode del patrocinio della Provincia di Treviso, Landscapes Stories, Lago Film Fest e TRA (Treviso Ricerca Arte).<\/p>\n

Due to the great amount of entries, the submission deadline for Francesco Fabbri Prize for the Contemporary Arts has been extended to 17th September 2020<\/strong>. The competition intends to become a benchmark for artists, professionals and the general public in the field of research in contemporary arts.
\nThe Francesco Fabbri Foundation is aware of\u00a0the crisis<\/strong>\u00a0due to the COVID-19 pandemic is also affecting the world of culture and the arts and the condition of art workers in particular, and has hence decided to make the registration for the 2020 edition of the Francesco Fabbri Prize\u00a0totally free<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Also this year, the Prize will be divided into the two sections of\u00a0Emerging Arts<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Contemporary Photography<\/strong>. The first section will host artworks by artists under the age of 35, by any visual creative medium: from painting to art installation, from photography to video art, from performance and sound art to drawing and graphic art.
\nThe second section, on the other hand, does not impose any limits in terms of demographics, and seeks to explore contemporary photography through a variety of conceptions of the medium, consistently with the Foundation\u2019s activities and method, which also promotes the\u00a0F4 \/ An idea of Photography<\/em>\u00a0festival and the Master Course in Photography at IUAV University, Venice.
\nArtists from all over the world are invited to participate in both sections.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

An event such as the Francesco Fabbri Award aims to create – even in such a complex historical moment – a privileged point of view on the symptomatic research of the present: in its ninth edition, it aims, through scouting, to be a radar capable of putting a spotlight over ongoing processes, by walking on a hybrid soil, rich with interconnections between languages \u200b\u200band knowledge.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The Call has been extended 17h September 2020<\/strong>. Artists will be able to submit their work via the Foundation\u2019s website, through an online form.\u00a0The two winners<\/strong>\u00a0will receive a cash prize of\u00a0\u20ac5,000<\/strong> each. The artworks will be included in the permanent collection of the Francesco Fabbri Foundation and housed at the Foundation\u2019s headquarters of Casa Fabbri.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The Prize is curated by\u00a0Carlo Sala<\/strong>\u00a0with a prestigious jury panel featuring critics and curators such as\u00a0Lorenzo Balbi, Lucrezia Calabr\u00f2 Visconti, Daniele De Luigi, Angel Moya Garcia, Francesca Lazzarini, Giangavino Pazzola, Stefano Raimondi and Mauro Zanchi<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The shortlisted artworks will be exhibited at Villa Brandolini of Pieve di Soligo, Treviso, from 21st November until 20th December 2020. The two winners will be announced during the opening event in the presence of experts, the press and the general public.<\/p>\n

The Prize is promoted by the Francesco Fabbri Foundation with the private support of the Fabbri family, in collaboration with the Council of Pieve di Soligo, and the patronage of the Province of Treviso, Landscapes Stories, Lago Film Fest and TRA (Treviso Ricerca Arte).<\/p>\n
